"Steve Winkelman has been a valuable member of the Parks team for eight years. In that time, he has been exceptional at soliciting volunteers for events and raising sponsorship money for the Parks system. He also oversees membership and communication for over 500 members of the Wayne County Parks Dog Park and is an important part of all special events including Jazz on the River, Lightfest and Mud Day. Steve's cheerful disposition makes him a great asset when dealing with customers and is an exceptional co-worker. We are glad to have Steve on the Parks team."
