On Tuesday, March 26, 2019, Treasurer Sabree attended the District 2 Community Roundtable event at Detroit City Councilman Roy McAllister's Office. During the event Treasurer, Sabree discussed foreclosures and the low-income property tax exemption. Sabree also fielded questions from the audience about foreclosures and blighted properties.

Additional guest speakers included Miriam Blanks-Smart, director of Detroit Blight Court and General Manager at DTE Energy, Bryan Valrance.
